This Survey Summary Form should be completed for all data rendered to the Australian Hydrographic Office (AHO). It provides the minimum information required to appropriately attribute and manage data within the AHO.
The form should be supported by relevant documentation such as the Survey Method Statement, Survey Fairsheets or Plans, related datum level tables, uncertainty calculations and any more detailed reports compiled for the survey (e.g. Report of Survey or Cruise/Voyage Report).
