2. Number of Licences
There is no limitation to the number of licences held by an individual or entity. This is an agreement between you, the user (being an entity or a person) and the Australian Hydrographic Office, Royal Australian Navy. By downloading the HTF Tools software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

3. Grant of Licence
The AHO grants you a non-exclusive, world-wide (subject to export/import controls), non- transferable, royalty free licence to:

(i) Use HTF Tools as a sole application or merge HTF Tools with other compatible Hydrographic Data manipulation applications
(ii) Use the software aquired with this licence on any single computer, computer network or server.
(iii) Use the software for your own demonstration purposes.
(iv) Commence upon delivery of the software.

4. Restrictions
This material is copyright Commonwealth of Australia. Except for uses permitted under this licence you may not alter, modify or adapt this software in any way including disassembling, decompiling or any other method of reverse engineering.

You may not loan, rent ,lease or licence this software or any copy.

5. Disclaimer
The software and any accessible data using the software are not to be used for navigational or safety related purposes.
The software is supplied "as is" and the AHO expressly excludes all warranties, expressed or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of satisfactory quality , merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the software, any written manual(s) and written materials.
In no circumstances will AHO be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage (including loss of profits, business interuption and loss of data) arising out of the use or the inability to use the software.

6. General
The End User Licence will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
