Service (AHS) has released a commercial ENC dataset.

A free unprotected ENC
data cell, covering an area of the Torres Strait including
Varzin
Passage is available below for download and evaluation.
Relevant technical information
can be found in the readme file which can also be downloaded
below.
NOTE: Commercially available
Australian ENC's are protected to IHO S63 standard.
